Anew Counseling Services, LLC was established by Tara Amanna, M.Ed., LPC in 2012.
Our Treatment Focus
Anew Counseling Services is a counseling practice compromised of clinicians with diverse backgrounds, that enable us to provide many different treatment approaches. We offer individual counseling, starting at age 12, family counseling, and group counseling. Our clinicians utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

Our Therapy
Counseling Services
Are you looking for teen or adult counseling in Bergen County, NJ? We are available for adolescent, teen, and adult counseling individually, family counseling, and group counseling. Anew Counseling Services also offers workshops to parents on an as needed basis.
Counseling for Adolescents and Teens
We treat adolescents, ages 12 and above, individually, in a family setting, and in a group setting. All of our clinicians have extensive experience working with school-aged adolescents in both a school setting and out-patient setting. We treat the following disorders in adolescents: depression, general anxiety, social anxiety, trauma, panic disorder, adjustments and transitions, career and educational counseling, and oppositional defiant disorder.
Counseling for Adults
Our therapists treat adults of all ages on a range of issues and disorders including: generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, adjustments and transitions, career counseling, panic disorder, family conflict, and social skills building.
