My office offers both in-person and telehealth counseling.  I use a HIPPA compliant online video software for all of my telehealth clients.  Insurance now fully covers telehealth services for mental health counseling and you can be reimbursed by your insurance if you have out of network benefits.  If you are located in New Jersey I can provide you with this service.

Some of the benefits of tele-health include:
